If you watch television you have probably seen the ads about a drug called Accutane. This drug has been used as a last resort for persons that suffer from nodular acne. The extreme side effects of this drug has left many people devastated resulting in an accutane lawsuit. Just some of the side effects are: rectal bleeding, pink eye, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s Disease, liver damage, severe depression, suicidal thoughts, inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal disorders, abdominal pains and birth defects. As you can tell from this list of side effects this is a seriously dangerous drug that should have never made it to the market. There is a web sight that gives so much information on this dangerous drug. When ever you are taking a drug do not make the mistake that if it is on the market it is safe. That assumption can lead to some very serious medical problems. We have to do research on any drug that we are taking to protect our health. All of the people effected by this dangerous drug had no idea that they would be suffering due to this drug and yet they are. This is partly because the information on what people are experiencing from this drug may not have been readily available but that is changing. As sad as it is for them we have to use what happened as a warning that we have to get the information out about drugs that cause dangers. That is why you see so many drug review websites. When one person gets harmed by a drug it is a serious thing but when many do it is time to change the system.
